The Department of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery provides:
  • 4 weeks of paid vacation time, 5 days for personal/sick days
  • Time off for courses and meetings 
  • The Department will fund travel for residents presenting at peer reviewed meetings and has policies that provide funding for external courses/meetings.
  • Parental leave (maximum of 6 weeks in one year)
  • Book stipend every year
  • Loupes and headlights are provided for each resident
  • Reimbursement for on-call transportation
  • Stipend for parking or Septa monthly pass

PGY 1 – $63,996.99

PGY 2 – $66,209.71

PGY 3 – $69,496.57

PGY 4 – $72,332.28

PGY 5 – $75,447.28
